I have ordered this purse before and I am absolutely delighted with the excellent workmanship. After years of wear and tear it's time to buy a new one for my husband. I ordered a new one and received it before Christmas but I was so disappointed with what I received. The images are so small that you can hardly see them. I have contacted the sellers and as far as I know I will be getting a new one. But I never did and never heard from again. I've tried contacting them again and still can't reach anyone. This is very frustrating!
