Makes work easier.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter. She reads on a computer screen 10 hours a day. She really likes them - they reduce eye strain, and a little increase helped her a lot. She admired them so much that her husband ordered a pair for himself!

Pros

GUNNAR has developed a blue light protection factor that indicates how much of the maximum blue light spectrum (450 nm) we block. Not all blue light glasses on the market protect you from the strongest high-energy visible light.
