The first time I called customer service there was no one there even though I called at the right time. I then sent an email explaining that I couldn't call using the card and received a nice reply telling me to email them or call the support number I had had previously called. I decided to call back the next day. The next week I called (later that morning) and got through on the second try. I told the customer service representative that I had a problem with the card, she told me in such an obnoxious tone what I was doing wrong. I didn't argue, I thanked him and hung up. The card worked, I called the UK but they barely heard me. I managed to do what I needed, but I won't be using Zuzume. If a business is going to be outspoken, it should be outspoken, customer service representatives should be non-confrontational, and call quality should be better.
