Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I have used straight razors for 40 years and expected them to be razor sharp, but a strop would not sharpen them properly. That's why I gave a bad rating. I wanted to return it or contact the seller but before I did, the seller contacted me within a day and it was right. Another nice touch: I like the look of the wooden shells (handle). The thickness tapers off at both ends, revealing a beautiful wood grain pattern. It's nice to find an inexpensive razor.
