Overall this product should have been great as it is really cute and is what I was hoping for but it arrived damaged. The felt on the board arrived pulled off the board. Also, the board barely fits in the stand. This is a VERY tight fit. If I always wanted it on the stand I wouldn't have a problem with it. There is an email address on the packaging to contact if there is a problem with the product. Instead of going through Revain I reached out via email. I have sent details and requested an exchange or done well. The email process was not answered in a timely manner and the transfer was very archaic and repetitive. I felt like the company kept sending useless replies hoping I would give up. I was determined until I was. You win, but the rating is not outstanding.
