Now I sleep on my back!
SHAPEI was worried when I first bought it because it wouldn't take the right shape for a week or more. This is the correct shape now. (Other reviewers said they never opened properly) REVERSE I ignored the instructions and fell asleep right away, but noticed a difference right away. Now I can sleep comfortably on my back. COMFORTABLE for a SMALL WOMAN I bought this because of the good reviews and great price. My co-worker tried to convince me to buy the $150 version his chiropractor recommended, but I'm stingy. I'm 5'4" weigh 125 pounds and find this pillow comfortable. He's a heavier guy and he told me he thought they were too soft. I think it's perfect for my height and weight.
