Antenna preserved and easily assembled. The guide suggested trying it out before installing it, which turned out to be a good idea. It turned out that the Wankel engine was defective. I called Revain and explained the problem. They offered to replace the antenna right away, but I figured it would be easier to just buy a new motor. Revain contacted Lava Technical Support and they asked if I was using a splitter. I didn't and said no. Then they suggested calling Lava. I called them on Friday and left a voice message. I did not get an answer. On Saturday I called again and left another voice message. No Answer. On Monday I called for the third time with no answer. I then called Revain to get a replacement antenna and they shipped it out right away. Later that day I received a call from Lava Technical Support. I told them it was already too late as another antenna was on its way to me. A new one arrived and I just took out the rotary motor and attached it to the antenna I had and it worked. I put the failed motor back in the box and sent the antenna back to Revain. I'm very pleased with how Revane took it upon herself to please me. By the way, I installed the antenna on the back of the sofa in our living room and got a very clear picture of ABC Tampa. I moved the antenna a bit and was able to receive Ft Myers FL. I was amazed at the reception.
