The Automat team has a proven track record and are experts in their field. I would recommend that if you are looking for a work-life balance and flexibility then look no further. They offer a flexible package which suits most companies needs and is able to grow and expand without any major headaches. My main gripe was around project management tools such as jira. In my opinion this should be provided within your own workflow tooling so it doesn't impact the end user's overall productivity. As an example, when you make changes or add information into your JIRA issue tracker it could create duplicate entries and potentially cause issues downstream (ie; customer).
