My storage box was slightly askew when it arrived. I had to use a bit of force to get it in the first time, but with the heat of the car on a hot day that was fixed. There is a space under the coin holder to put your finger and pull the organizer out. I find I don't take it out much as everything i want on a daily basis fits in the organizer tray.The only thing I'd change would be coin slots rather than coin trays. The coins don't fit snug and rattle as I drive. Angled coin slot that lay the coins at a 45 degree angle or spring loaded coin slots would be more useful.The cup that came for the back of the console was meant for a different model Jeep, not my 2018. The curve is too extreme for the console wall and there are vents and power ports where the cup is supposed to fit.Overall a good addition that should have been included with Jeep.
