I am currently using them for the cupboard under the kitchen sink. It currently has a leak from the sink but once it's cleaned I either move my detergent or all my cleaning chemicals there. I'm sure they can be used in more than just closets, but I haven't thought of any other use in my house yet. They work great, only problem I have with them is my 5 year old figured out how to use them very easily. She's not the type I worry about getting into things under the sink and so far they haven't let my 2.5 year old baby out under the sink. They are easy to take with you on trips to keep the kids away from things when you are not at home.
