Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Waybelive, an internet retailer. I was interested in perusing their site to see what they had to offer because I enjoy both outdoor and indoor games. Unfortunately, my encounter fell far short of expectations. To begin, I couldn't figure out how to get around on their website. The store's design was disorganized, making it tough to locate particular items. Sometimes I would discover a product I was interested in, but the description would be too vague and I wouldn't know what I was getting. But when I finally got my shipment, I was really let down. Unfortunately, the goods I ordered did not meet my expectations and were of low quality. Unfortunately, after only one use, one of the camping chairs I received broke, and the game set I bought was incomplete. Worse yet, I received unhelpful and dismissive answers from customer service when I attempted to resolve these issues by contacting them. They seemed more concerned with getting me off the phone than they were with solving my problems. Overall, shopping at the Waybelive website was a terrible disappointment for me. I was frustrated and disappointed by the website's ambiguity, the quality of the products, and the inefficiency of the customer support. If you're searching for high-quality outdoor or indoor activity products, I wouldn't suggest shopping there.
