I ordered these glass jars with bamboo lids for my wife. They only arrived three days before the scheduled delivery date. Second, all 5 rectangular jars were neatly stacked in the inner box and the pretty bamboo lids in the second box. My wife liked them very much. She's already using a large bamboo lid as a cookie cutter. I use one of the smaller jars for my morning oatmeal. I like it. So far we have used containers with lids for storing food in the freezer and some for storing vegetables in the fridge. The glasses are ideal for heating food in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. We wash bamboo lids under running water and dry them with kitchen towels. These are our first glass jars with bamboo lids so we will enjoy them for a long time instead of the traditional plastic lidded jars we have. We will buy them for our friends for Christmas.
