Delivery was on time and the packaging was perfect, not too big just a bubble envelope with a watch box inside. Completely new. The clock is beautiful. I bought to replace my other everyday AX watch that only broke after falling two stories from a Wisconsin Dells playground. I've had my original AX since 2010 so I wanted to stay with this company. This is excellent quality. This clock is smaller so I decided to make them side by side. My original is 44mm, which is my preferred size, but it's perfect and I've found I don't come across it that often. I am a salon/hairdresser owner so my watch is constantly in the water and hair products and hair dye have been known to get on my jewellery, but even after 8 years my original watch still looked beautiful. The quality of these new watches is exactly the same, so I can see that they will last much longer. The setting of the stones on the front of the beads is sophisticated and elegant, and the combination of rose gold and silver makes them versatile when paired with jewelry. I buy AX watches more than others because of the value for money, you can't beat them. I am very impressed and now that I have a new one I will be sending in my original for repair.
