Fit is very good, sleeves are slightly larger. Also, it's a shirt with a good cut and fit because it's not tight. I was afraid to order shirts from Revain because you never know what the cut and shape of the shirt will be like. So many times I've ordered XXL and it fit an obese person who is pear shaped rather than someone with broad shoulders and a V-cone.
