Radically changed my life

I always woke up in a lot of pain. I have a very wide sleeper and sleep on my side most of the time, but sometimes I end up on my back and try to switch to the other side due to discomfort. Needless to say, a regular pillow or towel has never worked for me because I always move when I sleep and easily wake up when the blanket catches and holds me. Now in my case I am disabled, have severe migraines, back pain, neck pain, bruxism, and my hips rotate painfully and the doctor has to correct them regularly. So here it is, full disclosure. I am ALWAYS looking for drug-free ways to reduce my pain. I've spent several hours looking at different pillows to separate my knees and relieve the pain I wake up with. I've come to the conclusion that unless you're skinny (assuming you're average height, say a woman under 140 pounds), any memory foam will shrink to the point of uselessness in a year or less. Having used many of these products, I know the density of memory foam and its impact on product life. What remains is ordinary foam rubber or other plastics. However, the foam lasts the longest as it has enough "give" to conform to the shape of your body and become comfortable after about a week of use. INTERESTS OF INTEREST: 1-Wear this on your hip at arm's length from your knee. 2- Pick a leg to wear and stick to it. After a while it sticks to your foot and it's not memory foam so it won't break off. Once formed, it holds. 3- The carrying case that comes with the kit is 50% of the reason this product is so incredibly useful. Without being able to stay where she needs to be to help you, what good is she? 4. I find it helps even more if I fall asleep perfectly on my side. For example, don't let your hips lean forward or backward. 5 - Give me time, it will take you about a week to get used to it. But if you wake up with MORE pain, something is obviously wrong and you need to stop and find out. It's great, it's cheaper than any I've seen, it has a strap that's stupidly rare, and I've had less pain and less hip adjustments than I could ever believe.

Pros
