Unfortunately this mount won't work for me as the tape won't stick to my dashboard. Otherwise, I like this holder very much, it is well made and has a strong magnet. I just wish I could stick it. For those wondering, the dashboard plastic is new and has a semi-gloss finish (probably the problem), the area was prepped by washing it with Windex, then washing it with alcohol a couple of times, then drying it completely. The fastener was pressurized for several minutes but immediately rebounded.
