Review on JBFF Threadcount Microfiber Reverse Alternative by Kelly Zitzner

Lightweight quality duvet

I'm always on the lookout for a really good duvet/quilt and when I stumbled upon this one I decided to take a chance. While there's nothing wrong with that, it's definitely an average duvet. On the one hand a pleasant striped pattern, on the other hand a soft microfibre. Luckily it's static free, so I like to use it in winter when the air is very dry. It's listed as an alternative to down, which I believe, but it doesn't really feel like a duvet - it feels quite thin in terms of padding and is no warmer than a standard duvet. It's lightweight, so we mostly use it as a sofa blanket or as an extra layer in bed when it gets really cold. It won't keep you warm, but it's nice to cuddle with. In terms of quality, I've washed it several times with no noticeable pilling or anything like that. The color (plum) matches the photo very well, if not more saturated. It's soft and comfortable, just not particularly warm. I would recommend if you want light weight.
