Confiscated Christmas present

I bought this for my brother for Christmas, we used it immediately to bring hot cheese and onion sauce from the oven to Christmas dinner. I can't believe the headliner didn't melt. Works great, fits securely, easy to use, easy to clean. My brother forgot to take it when he went home so my parents make the best of it before reluctantly sending it back to them (I'll probably buy them their own). The bag holds a nice hot/cold pack well, but we've used it with and without it and it wasn't needed for our travels.
