I like that it's so simple for our clientele of people who are not tech savvy at all because they can just use their phone or computer without any training from us! It has made running an appointment scheduling system much easier than what we were doing before with paper files as well as being able to track appointments when needed which was difficult using other programs/apps out there!! The only thing about ACS (Aether) would be if you have more then one office location where your clients may need access to information regarding previous visits etc., maybe make some sorta way to centralize everything instead having each individual manager keep separate copies? We don't really run into issues but sometimes things get lost between offices causing confusion over time especially since its such easy setup & maintenance once set up correctly :).
