Review on PREPARED4X Emergency Blanket Poncho Activity by Abdirahman Elmer

So I bought them out of everyone else because they were in reviews. Bought to give to a homeless person. I understand it's not as durable as a winter jacket but it says it's reusable and OUTDOOR but less than an hour after he put it on it ripped! He also said that he does NOT have arms (that's why I bought it to have room around the arm area) that the wind was blowing from below and through that hole so he was NOT warm. Photo and reading the description that it seemed more durable than some of the others but it wasn't. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to help HIM, but what if it was an emergency? He didn't keep what he promised!
