This docking station is not reliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If it works for a while, it stops working. I am using 2 external monitors and one or two of them stopped working within a day. When I restart my Mac, sometimes one monitor works, sometimes two monitors, sometimes none work. It's been like this for 3 months now and I've tried all sorts of fixes including swapping out connectors and other hardware. I concluded that the problem is definitely in the dock. These issues also seem to cause my Mac to not properly "wake up" after sleeping and cause me to frequently do hard power outages and force it to turn on.
