Will never order from LinenSpa again. I ordered a king size duvet. Got its production sealed. When opened there was a 2 inch hole in the edge seam. exchange made. No problem. received a replacement order. Everything was fine until my husband decided to use it on the guest bed instead of ours which meant buying another one for our bed. Second order made. Arrived today. I knew immediately, without opening the zip-lock packaging, that the duvet that was included was a previous return as it was packaged in a way that had already received two manufacturer seals. I opened it up, pulled it out and made sure that not only had it been used heavily, but it had also been peed. Big yellow urine stains all over the place (think rabbits, puppies or cats, you get the idea). How the company could ever believe it would ever be okay to repackage biodegraded linens and try to resell them to a new customer, I don't understand. Absolutely disgusting!
