Review on ETUDE HOUSE Soonjung Hydro Barrier Cream 130ml (New Version) - Moisturizing and Soothing Cream for Sensitive Skin - Korean Skin Care Solution, K-Beauty by Stephanie Shatnawi

New favorite favorite hydrator, but came open?

My skin is combination, sensitive and acne prone! I have oily forehead, cheeks, nose and chin, dry skin on temples, around mouth and jawline. It was quite a struggle to find a moisturizer that worked well for my skin. I've used Mamonde, OleHenrickson C-Rush, Laniege, Innisfree, Belief and others before. All of these moisturizers were great, but I felt they were either overpriced, didn't improve my skin, or didn't moisturize enough. While browsing some skincare forums I found Soonjung Hydrocreme and it was great! Compared to other creams, it is quite cheap. It's easy to apply, absorbs quickly, doesn't smell. Small things have a big impact! The best thing about this moisturizer is that it moisturizes without being greasy! On days when I sit at home and don't use sunscreen/makeup, just toner + this product, my skin becomes supple and soft. With other moisturizers, my skin gets very oily after using the product an hour after application. I will definitely buy again. The only thing that bothered me about this product was that when opening it from the Revain box, the cream box was slightly damaged. Then when I opened the Soonjung box I noticed that the lid of the cream was NOT screwed down AT ALL and the product got on the lid, spatula and plastic lid. This made me wonder if the product was just poorly packaged or fake? I noticed that other reviewers have said the same thing. Despite this, I haven't noticed any negative side effects after 3 months of use, but it's still strange.
