Has 4k@60hz but only at 4:2:0 chroma

I am using this with a 2017 15" MacBook Pro. The hub connects to my TV at 4k 60hz. However if you have the 4: Googling 4:4 chroma test pattern it can't show the last 2 lines clearly (red background with blue text) Desktop can be used with 4:2:0 chroma but red and blue sharpness suffers This says told me that the hub is not fully compatible with HDMI 2.0 I was able to get the full 4:4:4 chroma picture quality with another USB-C dongle that claims to support HDMI 2.0b ($30) HDMI 2.0b also supports HDR You can find two different brands on Amazon.
