3000k is a nice warm light
Take the time to remove the ballast. I replaced 36 units and each has performed perfectly. 3000k is a nice warm light. I cut my power in half and have slightly more light. At each end I wired both blades neutral and the other end both blades hot. The redundancy pretty much guarantees you will make a connection.
