Pros: The touchpad is very easy to use with these gloves - as if you were using bare fingers. The fabric conducts heat very well. Cons: Another reason gloves conduct heat well to the touchpad is that the fingertips are thinner than the rest of the glove. A consequence of this is that they do not keep your fingers warm. The weave of the fabric is also rather loose; When first putting it on, the yarn caught the thumb of one glove in the zipper and snagged on the fabric. The seam at the tip of each finger is on the outside and sticks out a little, making it easy for them to snag. After several socks, the hook grew together into a hole. As you can see in the photo, the fingertips consist of a fairly thin layer of knit (grey) over a mesh backing (black). I don't know if I can fix this, considering the hole is so big, the weave is so loose, and the yarn is so stretchy (and I'm not a big fan of sewers). Also, I'm a size large (the largest) and they fit my hands very snugly. No, no: I can't think of any gloves that work better with a touchscreen. But if you get them, wear them very carefully and not in very cold weather.
