I like these socks, especially for the price. But the pattern they use needs to be adjusted. Here is my opinion: If they are listening or watching these reviews I hope they make the change. THEY NEED TO BE BIGGER. They are NOT loose enough in my view. I would be happy to test a new version for them. I wear a 10.5/medium shoe. My legs/ankle are normal diameters. So, they work okay for regular socks, but seem a little too small to me as diabetic socks!
