Hello everyone! I didn't know what to expect when I first ordered this product. I've been very nervous lately and have been eating more than I should. I've been taking Sheer Thermo for almost two weeks now and I have to say it has really helped curb my appetite. I feel like I have more energy throughout the day and I've also started going back to the gym. I combined this product with a healthier diet and cardio three times a week. So far I'm really enjoying it. I'm definitely getting the extra boost I needed. At the moment I have lost 4 kg. and I look forward to losing more.
