I bought this item for my daughter's 4th birthday party, she just upgraded to 4T so I figured four to six would be more than enough. I was wrong, I received the product and it looks like a small 3T, it goes without saying that it did not fit, I was very disappointed and did not have time to return the product and get a larger size, but on the other hand I was absolutely in love with the product for the price, the quality was amazing, the tutu is perfect, it's beautiful, it's well made and it's the cutest little tutu, so I took it to a seamstress and it became made to measure.
