I liked the comment card in the box that says you are a small business and feedback is important, I totally agree. Unfortunately, upon arrival, one of the posts was broken near the base. Despite the disappointment, I was able to glue the vertical post back on. I also had to untangle the rope to secure the bar and then reattach it. As you can see from the picture it has returned to its original design. In general, for feedback, I recommend adding a little more packing material to secure the boat during transport. This particular package arrived with a sheet of wrapping paper. Everyone said it was a fantastic product and gave me the opportunity to do a small 30 minute project on weekdays.
