My 5 year old daughter is obsessed with LOL mainly because all her classmates are. I received this laptop as a reward for all the hard work she has put in since our shelter has been up and running. The look on her face as she opened it was priceless. It was the same look when she tried to use it. And vice versa. The first problem is the packaging. The board comes in a semi-open box. When I received it, it was covered with pieces of cardboard, dirt, etc. I attributed it to a storage problem in the Revain and tried my best to clean it with wet wipes but when my daughter opened the table we found the inside bottom of the box was even worse. Ewww. The second issue was that the fluffy laptop has one of those "under threat of law that can only be removed by the consumer" labels on the underside of the table where the hard top meets the fluffy fur. It's glued in place and sticks out far enough that it can't be cut short enough that 3/4 inch white doesn't show. So we tried to peel it off (cleanly) and the result was hair coming out and a seam coming undone, obviously glued and not sewn. This meant I had to pull out my own glue to attach it. The third problem was that glue dripped onto the top of the writing board during production. When trying to remove the adhesive, the cover on the circuit board lifted up. Some of them had fluff of fur stuck to them, drawing attention to the glue. The fourth problem: the markers take a long time to dry. If you try to work too fast - get close to where you were before moving elsewhere and the marker will smudge. Finally the markers themselves. Includes 5 markers. Two of our five were defective. The purple one had no felt tip at all (I took the marker apart, it wasn't inserted, it just wasn't there). The pink bled everywhere, inside the cap and outside the marker. This meant we supplemented her with our own after she was finished coloring with the limited number of markers sent to her. They worked fine but if you sell it with 5 markers it should really be 5 not 3. I don't expect it to last a week. The stickers are a bonus but they are a mess and there is nowhere to put them. Laptop so you need to find another place to put them. We used a folder. I do not recommend.
