Really good pre-workout complex. I tried more than I could and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. The taste was good, nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either. Good energy even when you are VERY low on energy. No tremors or beta-alinine bites. Don't add a booster to make the pumps even better. For the price it is DEFINITELY worth the money.
