I bought these headphones to use occasionally for some online workshops. The product looks good, is of decent quality, has nice packaging and has decent noise canceling functionality. Problem? After receiving them at the end of June they lasted about 20 applications (about 2 months). The right ear/noise has just stopped. The cables are fine, the connection is fine, there is no damage. Customer service after 2 months? NOBODY. My proposition? Don't buy this! If the company seems to stand behind their product and provide better customer service, it could make a difference. A word? upset?
