They are ok although customer service is great!
(Update: customer service is great! They solved the problem and sent me free lashes to try π) I expected these lashes to be soft! But they are firm and sound crunchy when I run my finger over them (as you can hear in the video). I am very disappointed that I had to stick with my Wavelashes, they are so soft! I'm not sure if I've got a bad batch or what but I'm very disappointed, let's see how they perform when I put them on.
