I wear a 36B and ladies 6 or medium of most brands and sometimes even a size small. I ordered a medium and a top that sits on the narrow side - I found it too uncomfortable and sent it back. I'm pretty sure the large top would fit me comfortably, but since the medium bottom fits quite well, even a little loose, I knew the large bottom would be too big. It is difficult to sell a two-piece set because all women's uniforms are very different. I wish it would work because the upper was exactly what I was looking for - something secure with good support that wouldn't fall off when I jump in the pool. I wasn't a big fan of swim trunks because a high waist doesn't look good unless you have a flat stomach. But otherwise it looked like a quality suit.
