After 15 months, the right speaker failed. On English-language forums, people wrote that bose changed headphones even after the warranty period had expired, saying that models produced before mid-2022 had a defect. Our 2022 service center said "this is an Internet duck" and offered to buy new ones at a special price of 16.5k. When asked if they do non-warranty repairs, they answered "bring it, we'll see what can be done." I wrote to Bose USA, they almost immediately offered to send new ones for replacement, with a _new_ year warranty. They send only to the states, but still it is much better than the solution of our SC. Three conclusions: 1) headphones are unreliable. 2) our SC is not SC, it makes no sense to buy just for the sake of the 2022 guarantee. 3) staff support is excellent
