Review on Transfer Vinyl Luminous Fluorescent Shirts by Kelly Caballes

Not sure about this vinyl. Ordered reluctantly after reading the reviews. The patterns are very cute but I doubt the quality. I made a sweatshirt out of it and followed the instructions that came with it. The instructions state this is a hot scrub but DO NOT USE HOT! This will stretch and ruin the design. I'm afraid to wash this sweatshirt because I'm not sure the vinyl will hold up in the wash. I will only use this for personal items and not for products I sell. I'll update my review once I've washed the shirt a few times. In the meantime I will order with caution.
