I ordered a medium size for my 14lb Jack Russell Terrier. I figured it out, but with difficulty. I don't think he would be able to bend any of his limbs. So just a note. I'm happy to help with the dimensions of these things whenever I can. I need to order a big one for my little guy. I like the feel of the material and the comfortable fit (despite the sizing issue) and it has plenty of room for pee or poop. I'm just really frustrated that I don't have enough sizing information! So I hope this helps. I like the product itself. UPDATE: This is a great product. I ordered a large for my 14 lb JRT and not only does it fit him well, he is very comfortable in it and literally doesn't want to get out of bed in the morning. Bigger, bigger, bigger!
