This is the simplest, best performing (what it was made for) support I have purchased. The price is right too. After a while the edges will start to curve up/down, but this is not permanent. It's wide and long up and down so I tried to start it. You don't have to deal with hooks, straps or other things that slip off and need to be fastened or adjusted. Can be easily removed in a public restroom, for example, when you are unable to sit or do something. It is very elastic, does not stink and is easy to clean. Mine isn't worn out either. I bought almost everything and I wish I had looked at it first. I found it too cheap and easy to put on and take off. I was wrong.
