UPDATE. So below is my original rating but I have now changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. After verifying my dissatisfaction with the product, the seller immediately contacted me with ways to resolve the issue. They were responsive, considerate and acknowledged the fact that the product I received is not the quality product that they aim to offer their customers. What impressed me the most was the seller's quick response to my dissatisfaction. I would definitely buy from them again. First Review - I was incredibly disappointed with this dress. I was really looking forward to it because it looked very nice in the picture. Firstly, threads were sticking out everywhere and most importantly, the color looks washed out, like the dress has been washed so many times that the color has faded. Eventually it was so wrinkled that you can't tell the shape of the dress. So disappointed, nothing close to what I expected.
