To be honest these are my favorite leggings, I would say they would be great in winter. But this summer season I just want to wear them on my head and they still burn me. I suppose a face mask would work well enough but to be honest I was hoping there was same grade approved material built into the mask but it's just a mesh pocket with face mask spares, they slip into the pocket and sometimes try to escape. On a positive note the material feels better than any other gaiters I own, the pocket mask is still value for money compared to other gaiters I own. I like the grey, but it's almost black and I would have liked a more varied collection. In general, I have no regrets. I just have to say how I feel about her.
