Review on πŸ’ͺ High-performance SanDisk 8GB SDHC Memory Card with Retail Package: An Ideal Choice! by Mario Schultz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad card for an amateur photographer

As a professional photographer, I usually need a lot of memory cards, mainly because I shoot RAW files, but my team uses Nikon D90 cameras and they mostly need an SD card for JPG files, so I decided to buy some of these in case one of our cards gets damaged and/or lost. Pros: *cheap *reliable (SanDisk is a good brand) Cons: *slow - category 4 won't help you. with HD video or high-resolution photos. For this you need SDHC category 10 or higher* - make sure your camera supports high capacity cards. This is not a problem for new cameras, but some older models may not work with them. * Can only be used in cameras and camcorders as it is a full SD card. The micro/mini version with adapter might be the best choice as you can easily switch between different devices. If you have a cheap camera that uses SD cards and like to snap some photos from time to time, this is one of the best options for you. If you need something more professional, I recommend the Ultra or Extreme version of the same card from the SanDisk or Lexar brands, but remember - the price will go up!
