I use respirators to work with two component resin. It is a sensitizer that can cause very serious lung and/or skin problems so you must wear PPE every time you work with it as it releases gas until it heals. I have used a half mask from this seller and it is great but I wanted to up my PPE game with a full face mask to protect my face and eyes. I've read several reviews complaining of broken bayonet mounts, clips not working, or a loose fit and all I can say is one thing. STOP SPENDING WITH A MASK. The clips WILL NOT OPEN, it is a lever against the strap, you gently lift it with ONE FINGER and the straps will slide apart. Pull the tabs and they tighten. And no, you do NOT need a stranglehold on your head to get a good cast. The large silicone seal only works properly with tight-fitting bands. Cartridges only fit one way, like any mask, trying to get them to do nothing but break the mask mount. This is a wonderful mask, I can even wear it with glasses. If it doesn't fit you, then you're not wearing it right. Check out YouTube and learn how to wear a full face mask respirator. I ran a positive and a negative airflow test and both passed. I tried it with pepperoni and garlic. It's very efficient and comfortable to wear for hours and you can't beat the price. It makes it easier for me to work with hazardous materials, allowing me to see everything I'm doing clearly and take precautions if necessary.
