Multiple devices keep failing

I had to return multiple devices due to multiple failures. Wrong synchronization. Weak internal communication, not working on arrival. I have used my last light less than 5 times and the light is out of sync. I hope I can reset it but it's very annoying. Update: After just a year of little use, 3 out of 4 devices have failed for me. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED.
