So I bought it in May. It was working great until it stopped charging my laptop about 2 weeks ago. He finally died on me on Friday night. I received assistance around 1:00 am Eastern Standard Time. They responded immediately and offered me a new one for free. I was amazed because most companies or sellers are not that fast. I really appreciate how quickly they sent me a new one and how understanding they were.
