I've been trying to drink more water for years but it hasn't worked. I came across this bottle and decided to give it a try as the concept sounds promising. I am happy to say that it really worked! Just having this physical reminder in front of me (seeing the time and water level) kept me motivated enough and on track to keep drinking water so I didn't fall behind. It's only been a week since I started using it but I've lost THREE pounds! Apparently I was dehydrated or something from the water flushing through my system.
