This is the best strap I have found to keep your mouth from opening when using a CPAP machine. The tape is quite thin and flexible, sticks well, leaves no residue when removed. You can place a horizontal strip across your mouth if you want to completely block air from leaving your mouth, but it's not necessary. All you really need is a small vertical stripe from your nose to your mouth. You can use some Vicks on your lips if you like. In any case, the tape stays in place all night, even if it gets a little wet. You can fold the small tab of the tape toward you for a handle for easier removal. The best part is that it leaves no trace.
