This is exactly what I wanted. The cards are on the outside of this minimalist wallet. There are four credit card slots on each side with lined pockets that run the length of the wallet on each side and center. It has 8 credit card slots and 3 compartments. It's made of (black) leather, smooth enough to slip easily into a pocket, but not so smooth that it slips out unexpectedly. The wallet measures 4.5" x 3" and is about 0.25" deep before you put cards and such in. It looks well made and seems to hold up to normal wear and tear. The frequency is 13.56MHz. It looks looks like there is something in the lining Made in India.
