We shipped without a shoe box and appears to have been worn/used. Said "new " when buying.
We received her in a bubble wrap. There was no shoe box and something was stuck to the bottom of the sole as if they had been worn before. Understandable if I had chosen the 'open box' or 'used as new' option but they were full price for that brand and claimed to be new.
