Works well. Holds a standard plastic water bottle VERY WELL. Can you ever 32 oz. Inside is a bottle of Gatorade. Inserting or removing will NOT be easy, but it is possible. A 20-ounce Yeti mug fits nicely. No worse than a plastic water bottle. We simply reuse Smart Water bottles. Fill about 1/4 full and freeze. Fill it up with water before we take off. The cage is made of flexible plastic and will hold securely. The holes match the screw holes on the bike. One of the screw holes is slotted to fit most bikes. Does not come with screws.
